HELP US HELP YOU - AND WIN!

The Hong Kong Tennis Association, Head and R&R Publishing want to improve your Hong Kong tennis experience.

R&R Publishing are working hard with the Hong Kong Tennis Association to produce a new tennis magazine for your enjoyment and information. This magazine will be sent directly to you, free of charge.
 
To ensure we produce the magazine that will be of interest to you, we would like to ask a few questions about your preferences and tennis participation. Your information is valuable to us to provide content that you will find relevant, interesting and entertaining.
 
Our good friends at Head have kindly donated 100 of their great products that we will be giving away in a lucky draw. So to stand a chance of winning, please fill out the questionnaire and send in by the 27 April, 2016.
 
Everyone who submits the survey will have an equal chance of winning one of these great prizes, as all winners will be chosen at random. The lucky draw will take place 2 May, 2016. All winners will be notified by email.
 
Please note, one person can only win one prize.
